For communication between the NBG800 and Broadband Service Provider, the NBG800 needs to have the same MAC address as the Ethernet card. Ethernet Card MAC Address: 00:80:C6:F8:B0:CA Current NBG800 MAC Address: 00:40:01:3F:01:01   Click on the "Clone MAC" button to copy and transfer the MAC Address of your current Ethernet Card to your NBG800. Make sure that you are only cloning the Ethernet Adapter that was ORIGINALLY setup by your ISP when you began your Internet Service. If your Broadband Service Provider requires a Host Name/Domain Name, enter them below, otherwise leave the fields blank.
