CableFREE II Utility Installation
| NOTE: For Windows 95/98/Me users, the Utility installation program will open the CableFREE II Welcome screen automatically. For Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 users: insert the CableFREE II CD-ROM. Click Start > Run on the Windows task bar. Type the path to the setup files, i.e.: if the CD drive is D, type d:\utility\setup.exe and then click OK. |

Step 1. When you start the computer, the following screen may appear:

Step 2. After login, you will see the CableFREE II Welcome screen. Click Next |

Step 3. Choose the Destination Folder where you want to install the CableFREE utility files and then click Next
|
|
Step 4. Check Yes, I want to restart my computer. Click Finish to restart and auto-launch the CableFREE II Utility

Step 5. After Windows restart, you need to tell your wireless network adapter how it will communicate with other computers. Check a box according to whether your network will use a CableFREE II Wireless Hub or not, then click Next

Step 6.

Step 7. The setup program may ask you to insert the Windows CD. Insert it and type in the location of your Windows source files (CD or hard disk). Click OK.

| Step 8. The Systems Settings Change box will ask if you want to restart your computer. Click Yes to complete the installation of the CableFREE II utility |
