(It is recommended that you print the instruction before you proceed with the installation)

***NOTE***
The SOHOware 10/100 Fast Ethernet PCI adapter (with the MX98715AEC 
chipsets) will be auto-detected and auto-installed as the "Macronix 
MX98715 Family Fast Ethernet Adapter (ACPI)" by Windows ME UPGRADE Version.
The following instructions are for FULL version of Windows ME.

A.  Please download and extract the latest driver version 2.11 Rev.: B3.
        
    1. During the regular "Add New Hardware Wizard" installation, Windows ME
       will ask you the path where the file "Mxnic.sys" is located.

    2. Type the location where you have extracted or stored the latest driver 
       (i.e.: "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\WinME"), and click "OK"

    3. Windows has finished installing the driver, click "Finish" 
       and follow the system instruction to restart your computer.

Congratulations!! You have installed your 10/100 PCI Network Adapter
