| Step 1: | Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel and double click on Internet Options. |
| Step 2: |
On the General tab,
click Delete Files. |
| Step 3: |
Place a Check in Delete offline content and click OK. This may take several minutes, depending on how large the Internet file cache is.

Go to the Connection tab and click on LAN Settings.

| Step 5: |
Make sure that all boxes are unchecked in the window. Click OK.

If
you are still having problems, try the following:

| Step 1: | Remove any @Home software that may have been installed. This can be done by going to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Once all @Home software has been removed [if applicable], restart the computer. |
| Step 2: |
Upon restart, go to Start, Run, and type in regsvr32 /u ahiehelp.dll and press enter.
NOTE: A message will appear that this has been completed successfully if the file is present on the hard drive even after the @Home software removal. If the file is not present, an error message will appear that this operation has failed. |
| Step 3: |
To clear any other @Home
browser modifications, such as the spinning @Home ball in the upper
right hand corner, use the following command. This must be typed exactly
as shown, and is Case Sensitive. |
